OKUFAYO-soft is still 'growing' as program. Users requires need or improved functions which are created by the OKUFAYO-SW group. When new functions are created the users of the program will receive a new okufayo.accdb file as zip-file by e-mail. This file must be unzipped and the okufayo.accdb file copied into the directory C:\okufayo\database. The existing okufayo.accdb file must be overwritten.

The first time the program is started after saving the new okufayo.accdb file in the database directory a conversion of the okufayo_be.accdb must be done to change setting for the new functions in this file. This conversion will start automatically when the program is started.

First, a message is dsiplayed that a conversion will be done.

Before the conversion start a back-up of the current okufayo_be.accdb file is made

When the back-up is made, this will take a few seconds up to a minute depending on the size of the okufayo_be.accdb file, the last pop-up message of the conversion will be opened.

Click on [OK] to continue. The normal log-in screen is opened. Select the correct employee and pass word and start working.
