This tab pages, opened by clicking on the name of the tab page, displays a list of all products which needs to be reordered to get the stock quantity to the required quantity.
 

Click on the product name (first column) to open the Inventory list to purchase the product or adjust the stock quantities. The inventory list can also be opened using [Stock] in the button menu.  See for more details the page Products.
